i thought button down meant there were buttons on the collar. so i ordered a button down shirt. but i did not receive a button down shirt. there are no buttons on the collar.

The costumer service very fast patient.

Retour was a problem, even shipping the stuff back costs me 50€. And zoll as it seems makes also a litle problem, missed there a warehouse in germany making it troublesome.

The clothing stuff is of high quality. Tailoring is little bit more lacking:
The size could be more tailored around arms and waist. Got feedback: Fits very well around the shoulders and Chest, but hangs around waist(!), arms could be 2-5cm less also to see more of the arms.. I ordered S already as 1,81 male of 72kg.
Overall nice material and colors, eye catcher, but had to go Tailor additionally to make it fit perfectly. Should you offer slim fit S, i would definitely order again.
Maybe also choosing by ‚Kragenweite‘ might fit since i have S38 EU but Standardsize is S41( as i ve seen) might be a good option for experienced people so they can choose it as a switch option from Bucket to number.
